Shipping & Returns
Shipping Information:
- We carefully pack and ship every order from our boutique with love
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new drops, bundle launches, or cookie releases, processing time may be slightly extended.
- Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Shipping Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Processing Times: 1-3 business days
- Please note that delivery time may vary due to carrier delays or peak season
- Custom orders may take longer than normal processing time. Please consider this, and we will stay in communication.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Due to the nature of our products including limited edition drops, boutique accessories, bundle items, and baked goods, - all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
- We'll always do our best to make it right.

- Cookie Drop items are final sale due to food safety
- Some items are limited drops and may not be restocked
