2. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new drops, bundle launches, or cookie releases, processing time may be slightly extended. 
3. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

2. Processing Times: 1-3 business days
3. Please note that delivery time may vary due to carrier delays or peak season
4. Custom orders may take longer than normal processing time. Please consider this, and we will stay in communication. 

Returns & Exchanges:

1. Due to the nature of our products including limited edition drops, boutique accessories, bundle items, and baked goods, - all sales are final.
2. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

1. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. 
2. We'll always do our best to make it right.
